My client, based in Southampton, is seeking a talented Conveyancing Solicitor with 5+ years PQE to join their thriving team. This is an exceptional opportunity to manage a diverse caseload while working with a well established client base that values your expertise and high quality service.
You will handle a wide range of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, leasehold, and freehold transactions. With an existing portfolio of clients who trust the firm’s reputation, you’ll have the chance to further develop these relationships while providing outstanding legal advice and guidance. You’ll also support junior team members, ensuring the continued growth and success of the department.
Key qualities we’re looking for:

• Strong experience in residential property and conveyancing law
• Ability to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision
• Proven track record in building and maintaining client relationships
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to client service
• Commercial awareness and the ability to adapt to client needs
