Title: Associate Commercial Contracts 
Location: Liverpool 
Salary: £50,000 - £70,000

Currently looking for a talented and experienced Commercial Contracts Lawyer to join a thriving commercial department. In this role, you will manage a diverse range of commercial contracts, including drafting, negotiating, reviewing, and advising clients on contract law. You will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations while safeguarding the clients' interests. This position offers high levels of client contact, where you will be expected to develop and manage profitable relationships with clients, third parties, and referrers, while consistently delivering gold-standard service levels.

Requirements 
You should be a credible practitioner who enjoys working with a wide range of clients and possesses strong commercial acumen. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will be liaising confidently with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, managing, and building positive working relationships.
