QED Legal are working with a highly-reputed law firm in Chelmsford,Essex. Our client is looking to take on a Commercial Property Solicitor with a passion for Agriculture & Estate.

If you are looking for your next step upwards in your career, have prior experience or willingness to learn in Agriculture & Estates, and have between 0 to 3 years experience post-qualifying, this role will be for you.

Your role will be to build a small caseload, managing smaller transactions and liaising with other team members on larger transactions, with lots of guide to help build you professionally.

This highly commendable department advises on the following:

• Banking and re-financing agricultural properties
• Residential conveyancing and tenancy advice for farming and estate clients
• Business structures and joint venture/collaborative agreements;
• Diversification issue
• Succession planning
• Working with the wider Private Client and tax teams advising on
• Wills, trust planning and probate matters

This role will only be relevant to an individual who is passionate about developing themselves and wants to welcome learning a few things, to add to their professinal portfolio. You must be driven & have a keeness to
