A full service law firm rated in the Legal 500 are currently looking to recruit a full time office admin person.
You will be undertaking tasks such as scanning, printing, booking meeting rooms and generally helping out where needed. The position will also involve covering reception when needed, answering and transferring calls and assisting with other admin focused tasks.
The role will also involve assisting the office manager with tasks and generally assisting with the smooth running of the firm.
The ideal candidate will have prior admin experience, have an enthusiasm for meeting new people and have a great telephone manner.
