This firm is looking to hire a Trainee Solicitor OR a Paralegal with a view of a Training Contract, with the right experience and motivations, to further grow the firm and expand more in the Cheshire area.

The firm can offer bespoke commercial training with Directors and Senior Solicitors, giving you exposure to great quality and complex legal work. You will get responsibilities from an early stage and professional and personal support and mentoring from other members of the team.

Your training will cover technical legal knowledge, legal skills and commercial and financial awareness.
 
Skills required:

LLB and LPC or on track for the SQE route
Demonstration of commercial awareness in a legal practice
Ability to communicate across all levels of the business
 
The right candidate will have a desire to get stuck in to all the niche commercial sectors that the firm provides, to individuals, as well as businesses, and will be keen to foster the great client relationships.
