My client, a very reputable Legal 500 Merseyside firm, are on the look out for 3 Clinical Negligence Fee Earners / Solicitors, to add to their expanding and thirving team.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum 2-3 years’ + experience in Clinical Negligence, and a real desire to help people in a variety of matters, from initial instruction to Trial, as the as the role will entail both pre and post-litigation work. Senior candidates are also desired for this firm. 

You will be dealing with your own caseload of Serious Orthopaedic claims, Brian and Spinal Injuries, Brain Defects, Cerebral Palsy claims, Nerve Damage, Surgical Error, Severe Scarring and Dental Treatments, amongst others. These cases will be valued up to £10 million, so prior experience of high value work is preferable.

You will be joining a friendly team, alongside other senior solicitors and the wider team, which will look to you for direction and expertise in this area. You will be investigating and litigating fast and multi-track cases and delegating the work as appropriate, to make sure it is completed at the right fee earning level. You will be a self-starter, thrive in busy environments and have great interpersonal skills.
