This Legal 500 listed Personal Injury team with a strong reputation in the North West and currently going through a strong growth period are seeking to add an RTA Litigation Fee Earners to their expanding department.
This position would suit an NQ Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced Fee Earner. You will be expected to hit the ground running so need to have gained 2 years' experience of dealing with litigated RTA claims and have previously worked on fast-track and multi-track matters. On top of the your RTA files you will be dealing with a small amount of Complex Injury matters as well as LVI Fraud and MIB Claims.
This firm place client care as their number one priority, so this is not a 'volume factory' and you will be dealing with a reduced caseload in comparison with most Personal Injury firms.
Throughout the past year this firm have grown from strength to strength but still value their staff and reward them with a generous bonus scheme where you can earn up to £10k per annum.
