Opportunity to join one of Lancashire's leading personal injury firms and work as an RTA Litigator on a mixed fast & multi track caseload that will include complex issues such as liability disputes, fraud allegations and high value injuries.
This is a role that requires experienced litigators so you will ideally need to have gained 4 years' experience of managing your own litigated caseload and be able to supervise / manage Paralegal's as part of a larger department. You will need to have the ability to run an unsupervised caseload of circa 100 litigated files and have an up to date knowledge of civil procedure rules as you will be expected to provide guidance on complex issues.
This firm have heavily invested in IT over recent years so you will have a system in place that will allow you to function as efficiently as possible and achieve your billing target. There is a bonus scheme in place which is based on billing figures, however this is an achievable target and fee earner regularly receive excess of £5k per annum in bonus. You will be using the Proclaim case management system and be part of a team of 7 that have a high litigation success rate.
Salary will be in in the region of £25k - £35k with added benefits such as pension, local parking and bonus schemes. The department you will be joining is currently thriving so there will be further opportunities to move into management roles.
