Residential Development Solicitor

The firm are one the leading practices in Yorkshire and outside of London, with their Real Estate team widely recognised as a leader in the North.

They are looking for a bright residential development Solicitor to join their extremely successful team in Leeds city centre.

Situated in state of the art, modern offices you will have access to some of the best development work in the country.

The client base is really impressive and you will be working with well known national and regional developers, house builders, planning promoters and land owners advising on an interesting mix of work including equalisation arrangements, land acquisition, and immediate land purchases. You will work closely with the wider real estate department to offer a complete full service offering to the developer clients.

The right person should have at least 2 years PQE in residential development work and be comfortable dealing with, and advising on large and often complex development matters.

Very much a Yorkshire firm they are envied as having stuck to their roots but having punching power that entices fantastic work away from London and the South.

They offer a highly competitive salary based on experience and benefits.

What our clients say

Neil was helpful throughout the process of being recruited. From our first conversation it was clear that he was a straight down the line operator who saw things as they are and spoke to that effect. This made the whole process refined and time efficient. Neil is an excellent sounding board for discussing how one might want to approach an interview to maximise their chances. I also have to credit Neil with reassuring me of my capabilities which made all the difference come the 2nd interview. Furthermore, when I was discussing the terms of the company's offer with Neil he had the knowledge of the market to advise when "enough was enough". He can do this with a relative stranger because Neil is a very personable professional. He knows what he is talking about and expresses himself well. He is the first person I would call if I ever felt a change was required. A credit to himself and his employer.
