QED Legal is working with one of the regions' most prominent law firms which is seeking to expand its Residential Conveyancing Team following a recent key hire and is now eager to appoint a residential property paralegal to help drive the Residential Property Team forward.
Based a short distance to the West of Birmingham city centre, this practice is ranked highly in both the Legal 500 and Chambers and is very highly thought of within the corporate, commercial and property sectors. The practice boasts an enviable client list and continues to maintain strong links with clients within the West Midlands despite having gained a strong reputation for acting on behalf of clients on both a national and international basis.
The already established Residential Property Team is continuing with its expansion due to what is predominantly a very noticeable increase in instructions and so is keen to speak with those who have a minimum of 12 months' experience of dealing with residential property matters. You will have experience of dealing with sales and purchases, registered and unregistered land, leasehold and freehold matters and ideally you will have some experience of dealing with new build transactions. and will also be proficient in undertaking title checking. You will handle your own caseload of conveyancing matters and also provide support and assistance to more senior members of the team on more complex property transaction.
