A highly thought of Legal 500 listed national practice is keen to appoint a Legal Assistant to its Residential Property Team to deal with a varied caseload of high quality residential conveyancing matters.
This role is based at the firms' Sutton Coldfield office and the practice itself specialises in a broad number of practice areas to include family, private client, company and commercial, finance, commercial and residential property and general litigation to name but a few and has over 20 offices throughout the country offering national coverage to a number of household name commercial entities and private individuals alike.
You will handle a small caseload of your own residential property matters whilst at the same time provide assistance to senior members of the team on more complex and technically challenging matters. This a fantastic opportunity to join a firm that actively promotes a supportive and collegiate environment and which will ultimately expose you to a variety of property matters in terms of the values and types of property dealt with. The firm really does encourage internal progression so you will be able to take advantage of an abundance of training and development programmes as well as participate in business development opportunities should you wish. Importantly, the firm tends to favour training contract applications from internal candidates so there are genuine prospects for those with the right attitude and desire to make significant strides in their career.
The salary and benefits package are competitive and includes a holiday allowance of 25 days, a bonus scheme and the firm prides itself on promoting a healthy work/life balance so if you are looking to take a step up and join a firm that can offer security, stability and bright prospects for the future then this really is worth exploring further.
