Solicitor/Legal Executive/Licensed Conveyancer - Residential Conveyaning - Sudbury

This role would suit an experienced property lawyer with the experience to come in and manage a caseload of residential property matters including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, remortgage and new build matters.

The firm enjoys a top rate reputation in the Suffolk area.The role would suit a property solicitor looking for more of a traditional client focused role where you can have regular contact with your clients and the chance to build up and maintain strong and lasting relationships with your clients as part of a smaller team rather than as part of a large process driven high targeted department. The firm tries to promote a family feel and have an excellent staff retention rate as a result of the culture of the firm.

The office is commutable from places such as Ipswich, Colchester, Braintree and Bury St Edmunds.
