An opportunity has come up for a solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer to join a well established and successful law firm in the Ipswich.

The successful candidate will be expected to be able to demonstrate a minimum of 2 years in dealing with a caseload of residential property transactions from start to finish. You will be joining a well established and respected team with a strong reputation in the local area and working closely with individuals, house building companies and local estate agents to progress conveyancing matters efficiently.

This department has grown considerably in the past few years and continues to go from strength to strength and further growth is anticipated so now is an exciting time to be joining one of the leading teams in the Suffolk area.

The team is a busy one, hence the reason for recruiting and their expansion plans, but it is not a "high volume" type of setup so would likely suit someone looking to steer away from that type of department.

The salary for this role will be dependent on experience but will be very competitive for the area and will be part of a good overall package including things like pension, g.

What our clients say

I approached Neil at QED regarding an advertised vacancy, as I was looking to move away from my then-current role. The service from Neil was excellent. He moved matters on with a minimum of fuss, always responded to queries promptly and efficiently, and ultimately played a key part in helping me to secure the advertised role.
