Residential Conveyancer - Weymouth

Long established law firm with a presence across South Dorset.

The firm is seeking to expand it's conveyancing presence and recruit an experienced fee earner to take on work and develop this further.

The role will involve running residential conveyancing files from initial opening through to post completion with support. There is an element of business development and marketing raising the company profile for conveyancing in the local market.

Ideally, you will be working within a conveyancing team and able to run files at every stage of the process relating to the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties including specialist transactions. Within the role you will have support of 2-3 other members of the team and play an active part within business development and marketing.

Competitive salary, subject to qualification and experience within a friendly High Street law firm based in Weymouth.
