Opportunity to join this rural practice based in the heart of Cumbria and deal with a mixed caseload of residential & commercial property work. This firm have a spread of clients across the Cumbria and County Durham region, with most clients all being located in the area.
Ideally you will have at least 2 Years' PQE or equivalent experience as a FCILEX / CILEX and be competent dealing with both residential and commercial property matters. You also need to be comfortable working as part of a local community and meeting clients both in & out of the office as this firm receive significant amounts of work from repeat clients.
Transactions will consist of sales, purchase, right to buy, remortgage and new build matters however there will be a mix of freehold and leasehold properties. If you have had previous exposure to agricultural property and rural matters involving farms, stables, woodland, etc.. that would prove useful.
There is the opportunity here to develop a small team and put your own stamp on a department. Any previous business development experience will prove useful as work is mainly generated through word of mouth and speaking with local clients, business and communities.
