Real Estate Solicitor/Associate - Excellent Work/Life Balance
A highly regarded Legal 500 listed national practice is eager to appoint a Commercial Property Solicitor at Associate level to its Real Estate Team to deal with a varied remit of commercial property matters on behalf of an established client base which can provide high calibre instructions.
This role is based at the firms' Walsall office and the practice itself specialises in a broad number of practice areas to include family, private client, company and commercial, finance, commercial and residential property and general litigation to name but a few and has over 20 offices throughout the country offering national coverage to a number of household name commercial entities and private individuals alike.
The Real Estate Team deals with a broad remit of quality matters and it continues to grow as a consequence of new client wins and client retention, so the firm now wishes to appoint an experienced commercial property solicitor who has a minimum of 3 years' PQE although there is no upper limit to the level of PQE which the firm will entertain. You will deal with a variety of real estate matters to include acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant and also be exposed to some development work. In addition, you will provide corporate support and also participate in business development on a local basis to strengthen already well-established client links within the region.
This a fantastic opportunity to join a firm that actively promotes a supportive and collegiate environment and which will ultimately expose you to a variety of commercial property matters in terms of both the values and the complexity of the transactions and types of property dealt with. This firm really does encourage internal progression so you will be able to take advantage of a transparent and defined career development path whilst working alongside highly skilled lawyers within the team to enhance your technical skills.
The salary and benefits package are competitive and include a holiday allowance of 25 days, a bonus scheme and a host of corporate discounts. What makes this opportunity different is that, whilst you will join a national practice, the majority of your client base will be within the locality of the office, so it has the feel of more of a regional offering.
This firm really does pride itself on promoting a healthy work/life balance so if you are looking to take a step up and join a firm that can offer security, stability and bright prospects for the future then this really is worth exploring further.
