Top 200 firm with an expanding Commercial Property department and a Legal 500 listed team are seeking to appoint a junior - mid level solicitor, ideally within the NQ - 6 years PQE bracket.

You will be dealing with client base that act for developers on a national scale and will be managing a broad range of high quality acquisitions and disposals, transactional work , landlord and tenant leasework and development matters. The department is headed by a chambers ranked partner so you will be working closely together and assisting with any business development.

With a team size of 15+ this is one of the strongest departments within the business and certainly has the potential to expand so this is an ideal time to join as new work is coming through. Assistance from paralegal and fee earners is provided whilst you deal with the more complex £multi-million transactions. There is a clear progression ladder in place, so there are plenty of opportunities for those that want to progress through to Associate, Senior Associate and Partner level.

Great transport links with close ties to the motorway, train-line and on site parking is also available. Salary based on PQE but will range between £32k - £50k with a great benefits package also included.

What our clients say

Jemma was brilliant. Where other agents would not have even tried, she persevered in getting me an interview at my 'ideal' firm. I can only suspect that her negotiating skills are excellent.

Jemma was very professional throughout the process and kept me informed regularly. I have not had to 'chase' her once. I would say that Jemma's communication skills are great.
I also found Jemma quite assertive and I know that she would not have placed me in this role if she thought I was not fully suited to it. She would voice her opinion clearly in any case.

I don't think I would have secured this role without Jemma and I will certainly refer her to any of my friends if they were to seek a new role.
