Paralegal - Real Estate - City of London
A UK top 100 firm with offices established across the UK are looking to add further expertise to their Real Estate team based out of the London office.
They are looking for an experienced Real Estate Paralegal with a minimum 6 months experience in a similar role. You will have good technical knowledge of Real Estate as the role will offer exposure to wide variety at matters from residential conveyancing through to large PFI projects. You will be expected to draft and report on statutory agreements and assist in property acquisition and sales. There will be a level of legal administration and proof reading as part of the role from Land Registry, SDLT returns, land disposal information packs to legal research. The role is progressive and the opportunity to grow your own caseload with develop quickly.
You will have a minimum of a 2:1 degree in law or equivalent qualification with an LPC being advantageous.

You must be approachable and confident in order to foster good relationships with existing clients and be keen in playing an active role in future business development.
