A leading law firm based in Cardiff with an excellent reputation and ranked highly within the Legal 500 and Chambers are seeking to expand their Property Litigation Department.

Due to ongoing success a Property Litigation Solicitor is required to join the team and deal with a range of contentious issues for leading household names, developers and blue-chip organisations including private and public sector clients.

The work will involve dealing with property disputes and landlord and tenant work including rent reviews, service charge disputes, purchaser claims and trespass and squatter actions.

The role would suit a Regional or City trained solicitor with 0-3 years PQE and experience of working within a regarded Property Litigation environment coupled with a strong academic background that is seeking an organisation that provides quality work and a commitment to training and supporting its staff.

The salary advertised is a guide and is dependent on experience.
