Opportunity to join a Top 200 firm and a Legal 500 listed Property Litigation department based in central Liverpool who have a reputation as one of the best practices in the North of England who have shown a dedicated commitment to a work/life balance.
The team is made up of 10 staff split over 2 offices and you will be working with a Partner, Associate Solicitor, Fee Earner & 2 Paralegals. Work is a broad mix of landlord and commercial tenant work with a mix of dilapidation, leasehold & freehold management, lease renewals, forfeiture, trespass and possession claims. Ideally you will be a junior solicitor to meet with the department structure as this firm like to have a clear structure in their departments to provide a clear progression plan for all staff. You need to have gained at least one years prior experience as a qualified solicitor or at the very minimum practice property litigation in one seat of your training contract.
