Private Client Legal Secretary/PA

South West London

A lovely, progressive law firm with offices across Surrey & London is looking for a Legal Secretary to join their Private Client department. They have recently brought out several other firms and are continuing to grow, the firm now have over 80 staff between there network of offices.

They have a rich heritage dating back 50+ years, the reason for the recruitment is due to growth, they have a very solid work force with excellent staff retention.

This Legal Secretary role will be based in the firms Chiswick office. The firm are seeking a Legal Secretary to support a highly experience Private Client Partner. The Partner deals with a broad range of complex private client matters including; wills, probates, tax, trusts, estates, LPOA and some COP work. The department also has a good HNW client base. You will support the partner with the day to day administration and general secretarial duties. This will be a hands-on, interesting role.

You will be a Legal Secretary with at least 2 years' experience of working in a Private Client environment (there is no upper limit on the amount of experience and I would urge even the most experienced of candidates to apply). You should be a personable, organised and friendly individual.

What our clients say

I couldn't be happier with the service provided by Nick Skelly at QED Legal Recruitment. He was always available when I needed to discuss potential positions and only offered to put my CV forward for positions that were commensurate with my level of experience and salary expectations. He managed to secure an interview for me with a prestigious law firm and I was offered a position with a package that exceeded my expectations. I would like to work with him again but hope I don't have to! I highly recommend Nick to anyone looking for a new job in the legal sector. Thanks for all your help.
