Planning Solicitor - Associate/Managing Associate

Leeds

A fantastic opportunity has now arisen to join a leading, national Legal 500 firm as part of their planning team in Leeds.

You should have a broad spectrum of planning knowledge and experience across advising on procedures and section 106 and section 278 agreements and enforcements as well as dealing with planning appeals and obtaining planning permission for a wide spectrum of clients. It is envisaged that you will have upwards of 2-3 years PQE upwards.

The team consists of 4 Partners and 4 other Lawyers. The work is top quality and you will be advising on the full range of planning issues across sectors including housing, energy, transport and regeneration.
