QED Marketing Recruitment is looking to recruit an experienced Marketing and PR recruitment consultant.
QED Marketing is part of the QED brand of companies that includes QED Legal and QED Legal IT recruitment.
The role - to spearhead and grow our QED Marketing recruitment brand. You will need to have experience and a track record in Marketing / PR / Digital recruitment and be looking to strike out and do something different! We would help you recruit and grow a team over time and you would reap the financial rewards of growing a team and getting them to target. This would ideally suit someone looking to go it alone who wants the comfort of working with a successful established agency or a big biller frustrated at levels of commission and opportunity where they are or someone wanting to break free from a KPI boot camp recruitment environment and have the freedom to develop something that they can put their stamp on.
QED Legal launched their Manchester office in 2012, Scotland in 2013 and Lancing in Sussex in late 2014. The Lancing offices has grown from 1 person to 6 consultants and has experienced amazing success with everyone smashing target last year
We are different. We have an unrivalled commission scheme that has no thresholds or carry forwards. If you have a bad month or quarter it does not punish you for the rest of the year. The commission scheme is transparent and easy to calculate. As a legal recruitment consultant with QED you earn commission on all of your billings. You really can earn up to 60% on billings each quarter.
We have no KPI's, don't have pointless sales meetings and don't micro-manage you. We are cloud based, using market leading technology and database systems so you have the ability to work at home as well.
We will offer you support and training from a long established team. We have grown to a team of over 25 strong in just 5 years and have consultants working patches from the northern tip of Scotland to the south coast of England

This role would ideally be based in Lancing, Sussex but we would also consider candidates wanting to work in central Manchester.
