Legal Secretary - Residential Conveyancing

Our client is seeking an experienced legal secretary for the busy Residential Conveyancing department at their Greenwich office. You will be supporting the Residential Conveyancing team on rotation via digital dictation, and dealing with matters from the commencement to completion.
You will have sound conveyancing knowledge and be able to deal to complete SDLT forms, prepare completion accounts and statements and lodge Land Registry & SDLT applications electronically.
Experience of Uno case management systems would be a distinct advantage, although not essential as training will be provided.
