Legal Secretary - Probate/Notary Public - Hampshire
A very well established local firm with multiple offices across Hampshire are seeking to appoint an experienced Legal Secretary at their Portsmouth office to join their experienced Notary Public / Probate department.
This is a traditional firm with a modern outlook yet still has a key focus on strong fee earner support which means you will work directly with a fee earner and support them in all day to day activities covering the typing of correspondence, liaising with clients, and Courts, scanning of key documents and ensuring that all files are managed appropriately in line with regulatory and Lexcel quality standards.
Previous experience within a Notary Public department is key and you will be highly organised, efficient and understand the demands of the role and working in a modern legal environment. We are seeking an individual with the willingness to be part of a team and contribute to the ongoing success of the department as a whole.
