Legal Secretary Family Law
A Legal Secretary is required to join a Law Firm in Bury to support their busy Family Law department. The role will include a mix of Public and Private Family matters.
The Legal Secretary role will include; Typing/WP/Dictation, Liaising with clients, Preparing court documents/bundles, Completing forms, File management, Screening calls, Diary management, Travel arrangements, Meeting arrangements, General upkeep of client files and administration.
Previous Legal Secretarial experience is essential, ideally this will be within Family Law (private and public). You should have strong IT skills including MS office and Dictation. You should be personable as you will be speaking with clients, and able to deal with sensitive and confidential information.
