Manchester City Centre



An experienced Legal Secretary is required due to join a specialist Criminal Defence Firm in Manchester City Centre.



The Legal Secretarial vacancy will support a small team of specialist Solicitors and Fee Earners within Criminal Law including; typing, opening files, updating files, progressing files, liaising with clients, telephone work, chasing courts, logging enquiries, diary management, preparing court documents, collating briefs to counsel any other duties as required.



To be considered for this role it is essential you have prior legal secretary or administration experience, ideally within criminal law. You should be able to deal with a fast-paced workload and have a thorough understanding of the court process. You should have good IT skills and have used a case management system previously.



The Legal Secretary role will be working in Manchester, close to major transport links. The role is full time, salary depending on experience.
