A multi-sited legal 500 firm in Bedfordshire is currently searching for a legal secretary to support their successful residential property department.
Over the years the firm has grown to be a market leader and due to its continued success and growth currently possess extra need for support within their property department.
You will be responsible for document production & diary management, supporting other fee earners within the department where necessary and general administrative duties.
The successful applicant will be a legal secretary boasting a solid background within a property setting. They will possess excellent digital audio & copy typing skills in addition to solid client contact skills and a strong initiative.
It is vital applicants have an accurate typing speed of 60+ wpm, have had previous experience as a legal secretary within a solicitors practice with a solid base of knowledge within conveyancing and be confident organising large volumes of documents.
