Legal Administration Assistant
Manchester City Centre
An experienced Legal Administration Assistant is required ASAP to join an award-winning Law Firm based in Manchester City Centre. The role will be on a fixed term contract basis initially for 6-9 months.
The Legal Administration Assistant will support a team of Solicitors, Paralegals and Secretaries within Insurance Fraud based work.
As a Legal Administration Assistant, you will be extremely busy supporting the team with administration tasks such as; filing, preparing documents, photocopying, court documents, inbox management, actioning post, correspondence, liaising with colleagues, archiving and any other tasks as necessary.
Previous experience as a legal administrator, assistant or similar is essential, ideally within the areas of Defendant Insurance or Personal Injury based work. You should be hard working, have an eye for detail and be a highly professional communicator. You should have an understanding of the litigation process and be able to work to procedure.
The role is working full time based in Manchester City Centre.
Salary advertised is a guideline and will be depending on experience.
