An experienced Legal Administration Assistant is required urgently to join a Law Firm based in Manchester City Centre.
The Legal Administrator role will support Solicitors, Fee Earners & Secretaries with tasks such as; filing, deeds, updating records, scanning, photocopying, general administration, overflow typing, legal finance administration, chasing information, inbox management, archiving and any other duties as required.
To be considered it is essential that you have prior experience within administration in a Law Firm or legal department. You should be confident in the file opening process and have excellent IT skills. You should have a proactive attitude, be extremely professional and have excellent spelling and grammar.
The Legal Administrator role, will be a full-time position working in central Manchester. Usual office hours are 9am - 5pm. Salary level is depending on experience. There are market leading benefits also available and excellent progression opportunities.
