This specialist Cheshire based practice are looking to appoint an experienced fee earner to join their strong Industrial Disease department. This firm are a high street practice with opportunities to progress as well as having a great work / life balance and friendly working environment.

This department deals with a mix of Industrial Disease matters to include asbestosis, NIHL, asthma & lung related disease, mesothelioma and silicosis. This specific role is to manage a litigated caseload of small, fast & multi track Noise Induced Hearing Loss claims, so ideally you will have gained at least 1 years' prior experience of dealing with this type of work.

You will form part of a larger team and will have support of Paralegals as well as a Partner who is able to give you any guidance and supervision that is needed. If you have experience of working on the Proclaim case management system then this will also prove to be advantageous.

Salary for this role will depend on experience OR PQE level, however will range between £25,000 - £35,000. There is the opportunity to earn a bonus as well as move into a more advanced supervision role. For further information on this position please contact Nick Skelly at QED Legal.
