Great opportunity for a Residential Property Solicitor, min 1 yrs PQE, to join a high profile law firm whose Private Property team sits within their Private Client & Tax Division and offers a wealth of expertise on rural and residential property matters.

On the Rural Property side they facilitate the buying and selling of every kind of country home, estate and business together with advising on exciting projects for their clients such as renewable energy and estate diversification projects. They advise landowners and estates on a wide variety of management and succession issues including those with sporting, agricultural and commercial elements. Such advice ranges from everyday solutions to decisions of great importance to the family.

They advise both domestic and international clients on buying and selling residential real estate in the UK, Italy and the US and provide a range of services relating to the acquisition and holding of real estate assets. In addition, they manage acquisitions in other foreign jurisdictions and co-ordinate advice on tax-efficient structures for holding real estate, whether as an investment or as an additional home.
