Commercial/HNW Residential Conveyancer

York

My client is a recognised Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners firm, with a fantastic reputation in Yorkshire and further afield.

They are looking for an experienced Conveyancer to join their team in this bespoke 'traditional conveyancing' position.

The role will be to confidently deal with HNW individuals, investors and businesses in dealing with high value property transactions.

This is a specialist role and will involve a crossover with the Commercial, Family and Private client teams within the business.

The right candidate should have at least 5 years' experience dealing with high net worth clients and must be technically excellent. This is not a volume role and you must have the gravitas and client facing skills needed to confidently advise on the whole conveyancing process.

You should have good experience of dealing with matters connected to trusts and transfers of equity.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly and progressive firm, with an impressive client base in the heart of York.
