Health and Safety Regulatory Solicitor
I am working with a large international law firm in Leeds who are looking for an experienced Health and Safety Regulatory Lawyer to join their team in the city centre.
The team is one of the leading practices in the North and highly rated in the Legal 500. UK wide the team consists of 2 Partners, 1 Legal Director, 2 Senior Associates, 3 Associates, and 3 Assistant Solicitors.
The team deal with complex and heavyweight Health and Safety matters, both contentious and non-contentious, and have an enviable list of large national 'blue chip' and FTSE listed clients.
The role will involve advising clients on a number of Health and Safety legal issues including fire safety and other regulatory/compliance work including health care/CQC matters. You will be representing clients during Coroner's Inquests, Investigations by the HSE and Police following workplace accidents.
The right candidate will have around 4-6years PQE and have worked in a criminal regulatory role at either a large regional or national practice. Those with solid advocacy experience would also be desirable.
