Environmental/Planning Law Solicitor, min 5 yrs PQE, required by a top rated international law firm Associate who has one of the largest Real Estate practices in the City, and also works closely with the energy, transport, infrastructure and corporate transactions practices.

The Team acts for public and private sector clients on a broad range environmental and safety matters, with a particular focus on property development, energy and infrastructure projects, environment, health and safety regulation and risk management, and supporting property, infrastructure and corporate transactions. A significant proportion of the Team's work has an international element.

The Team advises clients on a wide range of transactional, advisory and disputes work and regularly advises on:

* REACH and product regulation
* Waste and resources management
* Environmental consents and approvals
* Health and safety
* Climate change, energy efficiency and renewable energy
* Contaminated land and redevelopment
* Habitat protection and conservation
