Employment Solicitor/Legal Executive - Claimant Work
A highly renowned multi-office regional firm is eager to appoint an Employment Solicitor / Legal Executive to its Birmingham city centre office due to expansion of the team following a surge of instructions.
This well-established firm has offices throughout the West Midlands and is well known for being one of the regions' stronger offerings, having forged solid links with local businesses and individuals. The practice is particularly proud of having gained a reputation for serving the local community due to it being able to offer the full spectrum of legal services and it is held in high regard within the locality.
The practice continues to enjoy a sustained increase in instructions across a number of sectors and is now keen to appoint an additional Employment Solicitor or Legal Executive to the team to act predominantly on behalf of claimants. You will ideally have anything between 2 to 5 years' experience of working on a broad caseload of employment disputes which will include whistle-blowing cases, unfair dismissals, discrimination claims and settlement agreements. In addition, you will undertake your own advocacy in the Employment Tribunals so experience of doing so is essential.
You will also have the opportunity of contributing to further growing the practice by undertaking business development, marketing and networking to increase your client base and enhancing the firms' standing in the sector.
