Employment Solicitor (Respondent) - 4 yrs +
Employment Solicitor required for a busy, expanding Yorkshire ABS.
The right candidate should have at least 4 years experience in Employment Law and have advised across the full range of employment law matters. You will be joining an expanding team. The work is mainly respondent and non-contentious although you will advise occasionally on contentious matters.
This is not a traditional Law Firm and they do not work like Private Practice. This role would be perfect
You will be advising on a wide range of issues including contracts, pay, maternity, dismissals, and redundancy.
