Employment Solicitor - NQ-2 years
A very highly regarded Legal 500 and Chambers rated national practice is keen to appoint an Employment Solicitor to its growing Employment Team and be based at the firm's Leeds city centre office.
The firm is renowned as a specialist in the healthcare sector and is proud of its long association with the NHS, the Department of Health, independent healthcare providers and charities, as well as medical defence insurers and regulatory bodies. The Employment Team comprises around 50 members nationally and specialises in employment matters with a healthcare bias. They deliver legal advice and training on range of employment law issues, from board level to more generalist run of the mill HR issues.
The firm is keen to hear from a junior solicitor from around NQ- 2yrs PQE with good experience of respondent employment matters as a seat on their training contract, or for those more qualified, experience in dealing with both contentious and non-contentious matters to include advisory work, Tribunal claims, whistle-blowing, TUPE and changes in legislation. Whilst respondent experience is preferred, the firm is open to those from a claimant background as long as they can demonstrate experience of undertaking corporate support.
