Employment Solicitor (Respondent) - Maternity Cover

Our client is a well-established, specialist Legal 500 firm with a great reputation in London and Leeds. The firm have been in existence for over 150 years and are leaders in several specialised sectors.
They are looking for an Employment Solicitor to join them to cover a period of Maternity leave.
The right candidate will have 3-5 years PQE experience of carrying their own caseload of respondent matters.
The role will be advising registered providers, local authorities and not for profit organisations on all aspects of Employment and Pensions legislation. Typically, you will be advising on routine matters such as sickness absence, conduct and grievances, drafting defences to Tribunal claims, preparation of settlement agreements, advising on re-structures and corporate support.
You will also be assisting Partners on more complex matters.
