Employment Solicitor 5+ PQE - East Sussex

Working for a forward-thinking and progressive law firm in the South East, this regionally based law firm provide quality legal services across a range of sectors working with clients locally as well as across the UK and internationally.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced employment solicitor to join a busy employment department based in either the Uckfield or Hove office. The employment solicitor will be expected to have a depth of experience advising commercial clients in redundancy and restructuring, restrictive covenants, corporate support work, TUPE, wrongful and unfair dismissal and general employment matters. The successful candidate must be able to manage their own case load and have experience of business development to further grow the department.
