Employment Paralegal/Legal Executive
Our client is a Top 100 full service law firm in Leeds and they are looking for a talented Employment paralegal/legal executive to join the team.
The role will be dealing with your own caseload of respondent and claimant matters as well as assistant and gaining experience in more complex matters. This really is an exciting hands on role of both contentious and non-contentious work.
The position will involve assisting with the drafting of contracts of employment, reviewing and drafting Policies, Handbooks and Contracts. You will assist clients in negotiations in relation to termination, disciplinary and grievance issues, and prepare cases for Tribunal hearings.
You should have at least 12 months experience of dealing with your own caseload of employment matters at either a large regional or city firm.
