Our client is a leading Buckinghamshire full service law firm and they are looking for an experienced Employment lawyer to add to their tight knit team.
The role will be suitable for either a qualified Solicitor, FCILEx or Senior Paralegal/Fee Earner with at least 4 years+ experience of running a caseload. The work is a varied mix dealing with both contentious matters involving Employment Tribunal claims and non-contentious issues such as handbooks, contractual documentation, and other employment documentation. You will be involved in all the usual business development, attending seminars and driving business to the firm. Although mainly involved with respondent matters the firm also works with claimant clients so a solid grounding within both would be advantageous and any GDPR experience would also be of use.
