Document Production Supervisor (Evening)


Our client is a well-known full-service global law firm with fantastic offices in Leeds City Centre. They are looking for an experienced Document Production Supervisor to join their team in Leeds.

The role will be to supervise the evening shift (5pm-1am) managing the document production team as well as being involved in document production work. You will be managing workflow, supporting and mentoring the team, setting the tone of the team, escalating issues as necessary as well as covering additional administration duties, and acting as a document production specialist.

The right person will ideally be in a similar role at a large firm or a senior document production secretary or specialist with some management experience. You should have a high level of IT & DP skills, be competent with MS Office and advanced with MS Word.
