QED Legal is working with this international heavyweight who are widely respected and renowned for their litigation and dispute resolution work.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Paralegal to join them on a fixed term contract working within the debt recovery team, providing support across debt recovery, collections and litigation throughout Scotland and England.

Your responsibilities will include: raising court actions in both Scotland and England, progressing court actions to obtaining decree or judgement, liaising with customers and negotiating payments, dealing with all insolvency matters - issuing statutory demands in England and Scotland, preparing and issuing insolvency petitions and negotiating payment terms with customers.

Ideally you should be a qualified Paralegal with a minimum of 2 years' relevant experience within debt recovery/litigation. You should be highly organised and have the ability to work with a high volume caseload to tight deadlines and have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

A competitive salary to to 25,000 (DOE) is offered.
