Are you a Paralegal with at least 3 years experience of recovering debts for large financial institutions and corporations?

QED Legal's client has an immediate opening within it's busy litigation department for an experienced and organised Debt Recovery Paralegal.

You will work closely with other Fee Earners and Solicitors and should have the ability to successfully manage your own busy caseload from inception to completion.

It is essential you have a solid understanding of Sheriff Court documents and procedures including all types of enforcement action. Candidates with experience of dealing with housing association tenancy matters are of particular interest but this is by no means essential.

It goes without saying you will have exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal, have the ability to prioritise your work and be competent using a case management system.

A competitive salary and benefits package is on offer.

Please contact Deborah Collier at QED Legal on the details provided for more information.
