Are you a UK qualified corporate solicitor, considering a move outside of the UK, more specifically The Cayman Islands, and with a minimum of three years PQE?
If so, then please do read on.
QED Legal's client , a leading full service offshore firm, is continuing it's expansion in 2018 and as such, is keen to speak with corporate solicitors between three and eight years post qualified and considering relocation.
You will work alongside the firm's industry leading partners, providing advice to a global client portfolio on a range of general corporate and finance matters, as well as the formation, structuring and financing of private equity and hedge funds.
As previously mentioned, you will be from a corporate background, within a Legal 500 regional practice, and ideally with experience of M&A, joint ventures, PE/VC, corporate restructuring and corporate finance transactions.
My client appreciates that having experience in all of these areas is unlikely and there will be full support from the partners to get up to speed on any aspects you have yet to touch on.
What is required is a genuine commercial-mindedness as you be in a client facing role and will be heavily involved in business development matters from the get go. This is not a practice that keeps client contact solely to the partners and senior associates.
This is a fantastic opportunity to change your circumstances entirely whilst still operating at the elite end of corporate law. You will enjoy a tax free remuneration package whilst experiencing a lifestyle only the Caribbean can offer.
