A market leading full service national practice is keen to recruit a Corporate Paralegal to join its award winning, highly regarded Corporate Team.

The Corporate Team is renowned as being one of the strongest in the country in terms of market share, quality of work and client base and this is reinforced by the team having been recognised nationally as one of the top firms for the level of deals undertaken.
The Corporate Team undertakes the full remit of corporate matters to include development funding, management transactions, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and private equity.
You will have a minimum of 6 months' experience, ideally within a corporate environment although those with a broader commercial background are encouraged apply. You will be educated to degree level and it would be advantageous if you have completed the LPC or are undergoing the CILEX qualification.
You will assist with drafting documents, open files, maintain the client database, participate in marketing activities and manage you own workload.
As well as having strong technical skills, you will have a "can do" attitude, a genuine desire to progress and develop and have the enthusiasm to go the extra mile to service client needs. You will have great communication skills and be able to integrate quickly with a team of very friendly and supportive lawyers.
