High profile US law firm are looking to recruit Corporate Lawyers, class of 2011 to 2015. The successful candidates will be part of a growing team focusing on UK and international, cross-border M&A, private equity and equity capital markets. Candidates will be expected to work with a range of partners within their UK Corporate team.

There are approximately 15 Partners, 40 Associates and 10 trainee solicitors working across private equity, public and private M&A and equity capital markets in London.

We are looking for candidates with excellent experience in private M&A. Any candidates who are at the 3 - 4 PQE level should be interested in working across M&A and private equity. Candidates at the more senior level should be looking to focus on M&A transactions, but will be expected to work across the team when required.
