Corporate Client Front of House Reception Manager
Birmingham City Centre
A new opportunity has become available with a leading Corporate Law Firm, based in their Birmingham City Centre offices. The role will be to oversee the Front of House management across a number of offices throughout the UK.
As part of the wider Operations team you will oversee the Reception, Hospitality and Front of House services including; people management, keeping standards high, liaising with external companies and outsourced suppliers, reviewing procedures, implementing changes, reporting, budgeting, recruitment, training and any other duties as required.
Ideally, we are looking for someone with at least 2 years within a similar role within Legal or Professional Services. You should be an experienced Manager that is able to communicate professionally and deliver on expectations.
Salary advertised is a guideline and is depending on experience.
