QED Legal is assisting our client, a worldwide name, in it's search for an ambitious and results focused Corporate Associate Solicitor.

With a minimum of 3 years post qualifying experience, you will have solid skills including amongst others: corporate governance, shareholder matters, regulatory and advisory work, M&A, reorganisations and joint ventures.

Furthermore you will be able to make a positive contribution to the continuing success of both the team and firm through business development activities and mentoring and supporting less experienced team members.
